This is a humble tribute I want to pay to the amazing Magritte. It's no secret that I love surrealism and the conceptual art it strongly influenced, but, more than that, I adore Magritte. I love his clean aesthetics and the way he represented everyday objects, but also their mysterious juxtaposition. Magritte makes you think through works that illustrate scenes that undermine the natural laws of optics and perception. And that means his work doesn't leave you indifferent!
